God’s Answer to My Prayers — COVID-19

Let me begin by saying that I do NOT believe this virus is a curse from God, and I do NOT believe that COVID-19 is God’s judgement on a sinful world.  I also do NOT believe it’s a warning shot across our bow, and I do NOT believe this virus is the beginning of the end. 

However. . . What I DO believe is that this virus is an answer to my many prayers over the years.  Prayers, that have reached the ears of the Almighty God and in His excellent timing… He answered me. 

here’s why: 

• I can’t tell you how many times I prayed and requested that God would shut down all the sporting events around the world.  That He would clear out the stadiums and force humanity to reconsider what they celebrate.  The reason I prayed this is because too many people were spending to much time and money idolizing and worshiping the teams and players of every sport.  Thankfully, the COVID-19 virus shut all that down.  No more sports.  At least for awhile. — That’s God’s answer to my prayers.  — (thank you, Father.) 

 

• I also can’t tell you how many times I prayed and requested that God would shut the mouths of climate alarmists and the over-the-top “save the world” chicken little’s who worshiped the Earth and all the created things upon it.  I prayed for God to help these humans realize the importance, the necessity and the value of a single human life.  Thankfully, the COVID-19 virus has shut a lot of those mouths.  Oh, there are still a few ramblings here and there…but not as many as there was before COVID-19.  Most of them have shifted their focus to saving human lives.  — That’s God’s answer to my prayers.  — (thank you, Father.)

 

• Furthermore, I cannot tell you how many times I have prayed and requested that God shut the doors to all the places that were not holy to God.  Places like tattoo shops, casinos, bars, brothels and other social gathering places that humanity no longer considered evil.  Thankfully, COVID-19 has closed the doors to those operations. — at least for awhile — That too is God’s answer to my prayers.  — (thank you, Father.)

 

• I also can’t tell you how many times I’ve prayed and requested that God would put a muzzle on Hollywood performers who think the world should revolve around their lowly opinions.  Thankfully, the COVID-19 virus shut down movie production and all but shut the mouths of the Hollywood propaganda. — That is another of God’s answers to my prayers.  — (thank you, Father.) 

 

You might be puzzled as to why I think the way I do.  You might be mad at me for requesting such outlandish things because so many people have been negatively affected. 

You might be scared.  You might be mad.  You might be both.   

But I’m at peace.  Because I know the Lord of Heaven…the God of all glory, honor and blessing has answered my prayers. 

When I prayed for these things, I never knew how God would answer me, I just believed that He would.  And for that, I’m thankful.  Because as my life carries on, no matter what is thrown at me, I can always remember back to this time in history that for a brief moment…God answered my prayers in a really big way. . . .

God stopped everything…all because I made a simple request to Him by faith.  That’s pretty humbling.

I really do serve a very powerful, awesome God.
