Tell me about it. I’ve had the worst time of it for what seems like the past three years…my husband I keep thinking we are going to get ahead of the curb but we just seem to fall further down the whole. Although I’ve come to grow accustomed to the crazy and disappointment…in fact it’s more expected than disappointing now. Which somehow makes it okay because I still have my girls and the hubby.
It can be bad, especially when it leads to doubt, but mostly I feel that way when things seem (or appear) out of control in my life. Hopefully it won’t last. 🙂
Well, I will be praying for you as well then. God’s timing can be so confusing when you are waiting. Hang in there and in the mean time pray for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.
Prayers your way friend!
Haha! Well my name is Angela so you can call me Angie if you want to. I also like Jessica, Casey, and Ashley 🙂
Feel free to come up with your own though!
Been praying for you friend.
Ah yes, I’ve felt that way too. It isn’t true however, we have this unlimited wi/fi connection with God. It never goes down and never cuts you off because you didn’t pay the bill. You just look up, lift your hands up if you want, and there He is, ready to listen to us.
He really does collect my tears in a bottle sometimes, however. We don’t always get what we want and we don’t always understand why, but He does and we are greatly loved. I’m pretty sure God grieves with us sometimes.
thank you, IB. I know it’s not true, but there are days…lately it feels like there are more than I care to admit. The wonderful thing is that I know He’s listening, and I know He’ll answer when He’s ready.
Patience…a fruit of the Spirit that we all receive once we turn to Jesus and the Father, sadly, patience is hard for those of us who want to control our own lives. 😉

Friends are the family you choose, I was as happy then as I am now to be honest. Life was easier less complicated.

They are listening but maybe the answer to your prayers is “no” or “not now” or “not yet”. Don’t give up.

Silence doesn’t mean absence – sometimes it just means we have to quiet all the other noise and listen. Or so I’ve been told. 🙂
