Tornado Warning

We’re in a tornado warning right now in my little po-dunk community.  I have no idea why because honestly, it’s just rain with some high winds and lightning. 

As soon as the sirens went off, where was I?  

On my porch scanning the sky looking for the funnel cloud. 

You can not imagine how disappointed I was when I didn’t see anything. 

pathetic!

    • thanks. it wasn’t quite as pathetic as we had hoped.

      Many tornadoes were spotted on the ground last night, thankfully none in my little town.

      However, it rained so much that flash floods became a problem and many roadways were closed off. I think round two is this evening because it looks like the front that caused last nights entertainment didn’t move and the heat we’re experiencing today will bring about another round of storms.

      I love spring! 😉

      but then again, there were three communities just to the west of my little town that have a lot of cleaning up to do today, so maybe it wasn’t such a bad thing we didn’t actually have a tornado. 😉
